The defendant, James Scognamiglio, was charged with speeding (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-601), and subsequently entered a plea of guilty to that offense. The trial court placed defendant on supervision, which it terminated instanter, and ordered him to pay a fine of $13 and $32 costs.
