BISSETT, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of robbery. Appellant was indicted for aggravated robbery, with two prior felony convictions alleged for enhancement. Pursuant to a plea agreement, appellant waived a jury, agreed to stipulate testimony and entered a plea of guilty. The State also waived one enhancement count. The trial court accepted this bargain, but found the evidence...
