Habeas corpus. Petitioner Thomas M. Hogan was taken into custody by Walter Buerger, Sheriff of Jefferson County, Missouri, pursuant to a rendition warrant issued by the Honorable Christopher S. Bond, Governor of Missouri. That warrant had been issued in response to a demand from the Governor of Montana for the extradition of the petitioner to that state upon a charge of theft of property exceeding $150 in value, a felony.
