This is an appeal from a judgment granting a workmen's compensation claim by a hotel-airport driver against his employer for injuries resulting from an accident occurring in the course and scope of his employment.

Appellee was employed by Southern Tours, Inc., as a hotel-airport driver. His duties consisted of picking up passengers at various downtown hotels and driving them to the airport, as well as making return trips. On December 22, 1978...
