This is primarily a deceptive trade practice case. Frederick S. Timmons and Camille M. Timmons brought suit against the homebuilder George D. Thomas Builder, Inc., and the real estate agent E.G. "Bob" Cardon for a misrepresentation made of the square footage in a house that they purchased. After a jury verdict favorable to the Plaintiffs on all issues, judgment was entered for the Plaintiffs for their trebled damages and attorney's...
