ARNOLD, Circuit Judge.

Petitioner William R. Hindman appeals from the District Court's1 order denying his petition for habeas corpus. His only contention on appeal is that he did not have the effective assistance of counsel in Missouri criminal proceedings, and that the District Court erred in its conclusion to the contrary. We affirm.
