Appellant Edward Carter brought this action under § 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g) (West.Supp.1983), to obtain review of a final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services. Based on a finding that Carter was not disabled, the Secretary denied disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income.
