Plaintiff seeks review under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) of the denial of his disability claim. The Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) found plaintiff not disabled in his decision issued April 14, 1982, and plaintiff's request for review to the Appeals Council was denied.
