This case involves a claim for tortious interference with a contract for real estate financing executed by plaintiff, a real estate developer, and U.S. Bancorp Realty and Mortgage Trust, a real estate investment trust, dba U.S. BanTrust (the Trust). The Trust is not a party to this litigation. Apparently, because the Trust had no staff, defendant Bancorp Management Advisors, Inc. (BMA) had an agreement with the Trust to provide investment advice....
