Both defendants were charged with four counts of armed robbery, MCL 750.529; MSA 28.797, two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520b(1)(c); MSA 28.788(2)(1)(c), and one count of felony-firearm, MCL 750.227b; MSA 28.424(2). Following a jury trial both defendants were found guilty as charged under all counts and appeal here as of right.
