Isaac Pam was identified as one of two men who robbed an auto supply store in Seattle in July 1979. Four witnesses testified that Pam carried a gun or shotgun. Witness Dill testified that he recognized Pam because he and Pam had been incarcerated at the same time. Dill stated that he called out to Pam, who pointed the weapon at him and warned him to "get away" before fleeing the scene. The weapon fell apart as Pam was running away. No shots were fired.
