PIVARNIK, Justice.

Defendant-Appellant James Barham was convicted by a jury in the Elkhart Superior Court of class B felony criminal confinement, class A felony attempted child molesting and class C felony battery. The trial court subsequently sentenced Appellant to imprisonment terms of ten years for confinement, thirty years for attempted child molesting and five years for battery.
