Appellant, William Edward Guy, by motion to modify in suit affecting the parent-child relationship sought to be appointed managing conservator of a child born to him and appellee, Brenda Kay Stubberfield. Stubberfield by counter-petition sought an order requiring Guy to make periodic payments to her for the support of the child. The trial court granted Stubberfield's motion to dismiss Guy's motion to modify and ordered Guy to pay Stubberfield child...
