Plaintiff Miles King brought this action to recover the reasonable value of services rendered in connection with the sale of an apartment house in Springfield, Missouri. Admittedly unlicensed either as a "broker" or "salesperson" within the intent of § 339.010, RSMo 1978, as amended, Laws of Mo.1978, p. 612, plaintiff's theory was that he was nonetheless entitled to a "finder's fee."
