In this action, defendant Fidelity Bank ("Fidelity") appeals the decision of the Bankruptcy Court finding that Fidelity's placement of an "administrative hold" or "freeze" upon the checking account of debtor-plaintiffs Albert A. and Julia Cusanno ("the Cusannos") violated the automatic stay provisions of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 362.
