This matter comes on upon the filing by John W. Gibbs, Jr. and Martha C. Gibbs (the Gibbs), the plaintiffs herein, of a motion to dismiss their complaint and upon the filing by Nancy Constance Randolph (Ms. Randolph), the defendant herein, of a motion for an award of attorney's fees pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(d).
