Defendants Ronald Veteto and Edwin Attaway were convicted by a jury of the December 21, 1978 robbery of the Roswell Bank in Roswell, Georgia in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a) and (d). The same jury convicted these defendants and Randy Wescott of conspiring to rob the Roswell Bank. On appeal the defendants raise several issues...
