OPINION

CORNISH, Judge:

The appellant was convicted in the District Court of Delaware County of Incest, and sentenced to ten (10) years' imprisonment.

After a careful review of the record and briefs of the parties, we are of the opinion that the judgment and sentence must be reversed. We need only address the key issue on appeal; i.e., that the trial court improperly limited the defense's cross-examination...
