PER CURIAM.

The order of October 1, 1982, granting Defendant's Motion to Dismiss Affidavit Alleging Violation of Probation, Motion to Set Aside Warrant Alleging Violation of Probation, Motion to Dismiss Information, Motion to Set Aside Plea, and Motion to Vacate Judgment and Sentence, is reversed on the authority of State v. Hicks, 421 So.2d 510 (Fla. 1982), and this cause is remanded for further proceedings.
