OPINION

BRYNER, Chief Judge.

Charley R. Wamser was convicted of fishing commercially without required number plates on his vessel and of fishing in closed waters. On appeal, Wamser challenges only his conviction for fishing in closed waters. Wamser raises a number of interrelated issues. We affirm.
