The question presented by this appeal is whether McClendon, the trustee in Bankruptcy of Wadsworth Building Components (Wadsworth), may under § 547 of the Bankruptcy Code avoid a payment made by Wadsworth to one of its creditors, Cal-Wood Door (Cal-Wood).
