July 29, 1983.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Peter J. Fryefield, Jacksonville, for appellant.

Jim Smith, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Ann Garrison Paschall, Asst. Atty. Gen., Tampa, for appellee.
