The purchasers of a new home instituted an action against the builder of the home for defective workmanship in the construction of the house. The trial court granted the plaintiff-purchasers recovery against the defendant-contractor for some of the damages sought by plaintiffs, and both plaintiffs and defendant have challenged the trial court's findings, perfecting the instant appeal.
