This case concerns the settlement of a protracted dispute over the sale of a number of shares of stock. George McNutt, Jr., defendant-appellant, asks us to vacate a final judgment of the district court adopting, and ordering him to sign a settlement document which he claims does not truly reflect the terms of the settlement to which he agreed.
