Wayne Marvin Gordon was convicted of conspiracy to possess marijuana and possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute it. Gordon had moved to suppress the marijuana seized by border patrol agents when they stopped his truck. The district judge denied the motion and found Gordon guilty on the basis of a stipulated record. On appeal, Gordon argues that the stop of the truck was unconstitutional...
