The defendant-appellant, Ulysses Dunkins, Jr., appeals from his convictions of aggravated burglary, carrying a concealed weapon, and having a weapon while under disability. This court affirms.

On June 1, 1982, the defendant was seen leaving a dwelling located at 82 Buchtel Avenue. He was apprehended and searched. A gun was found on the ground by the defendant's foot. He was arrested and charged with aggravated burglary and carrying a concealed weapon...
