OPINION

UTTER, Justice.

Appellee Olivia Hernandez alleged that she had been falsely imprisoned by appellant Montgomery Ward & Company, and brought this suit seeking actual and exemplary damages. The jury awarded her $60,000.00 "for damages directly resulting from the false imprisonment ..." and $25,000.00 as exemplary damages. On appeal we reversed that judgment and remanded the cause for a new trial because we determined the special issues submitted...
