QUILLEN, Justice:

The defendant's appeal has in effect been given a de novo appellate hearing on reargument and this opinion supercedes our prior per curiam opinion which is hereby withdrawn. It should be noted that present counsel for the defendant first entered the case to handle the reargument in this Court. The defendant seeks reversal of his conviction of Murder in the First Degree under 11 Del.C.
