OPINION

JOE SPURLOCK, II, Justice.

Appellant, Frank Hall, Jr., was convicted by a jury of murder and punishment was assessed at twenty-two years imprisonment. TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. § 19.02 (Vernon 1974).

We reverse and remand.
