This is an appeal from the granting of a writ of mandamus under the Texas Open Records Act, TEX.REV.CIV.STAT.ANN. art. 6252-17a (Vernon Supp.1982-1983). The 49th District Court of Webb County ordered appellant, a member of the Webb County Juvenile Board, to release to appellee those parts of resumes containing qualifications of applicants for the position of chief juvenile probation officer.
