Charges were filed with respondent board against petitioner Clark, a tenured teacher, pursuant to Article 4 of the teacher tenure act, MCL 38.101 et seq.; MSA 15.2001 et seq. Following a hearing, respondent found the charges of an unprofessional relationship with one of her male students had been established and discharged the petitioner.
