PER CURIAM:
Defendant petitioned for enforcement of a divorce judgment. Pursuant to plaintiff's motion, the trial court dismissed defendant's petition. Defendant appeals as of right.
The parties to this action were divorced in September, 1973. The divorce judgment provided in part that:
"It is further ordered and adjudged that the terms of this judgment of divorce shall in no manner effect or change the provisions of the joint will previously executed...
