Aaron Adail appeals the district court's1 denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Adail argues that his state trial denied him due process because (1) the trial court admitted evidence of a suggestive pretrial lineup, (2) the witness who identified Adail at the lineup could not positively identify him in court, and (3) the trial court admitted evidence of a prior crime.
