In Powers v. State, 163 Ga.App. 770 (294 S.E.2d 555) (1982), appellant's burglary conviction was reversed. Appellant was retried and again found guilty. The instant appeal is from that conviction. Both appellant and his counsel have filed briefs arguing several enumerations of error.
