PER CURIAM.

Norman Metzker appeals from a district court conviction for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor in violation of AS 28.35.030(a)(1). After a jury verdict, Metzker was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 50 days suspended, a fine of $800 with $350 suspended, and revocation of his driver's license for one year.
