This appeal from a judgment of conviction for conspiracy under 18 U.S.C. § 1951 challenges the district court's refusal to instruct the jury that a reasonable doubt as to the defendant's guilt may be raised if the jury believes one of his character witnesses.1 We hold that the district court properly refused to give this instruction as stated by the defendant but that...
