Each debtor involved in this proceeding filed a chapter 11 petition in November, 1982. Near East Technological Services, Ltd. (NETS) filed a proof of equity interest in each case on January 21, 1983, and on February 3, filed requests for hearings thereon. Peter Drivas, president of both debtors, filed motions to dismiss NETS' proofs of equity interest for, inter alia, lack of jurisdiction...
