Appellant, an osteopathic physician, had his license revoked by respondent, Director of the Department of Registration. The revocation was for "unprofessional conduct" pursuant to a recommendation of the Department's Osteopathic Committee after the notice and hearing specified in U.C.A., 1953, §§ 58-1-25 to -33.
