DECISION AND ORDER

SHABAZ, District Judge.

This suit arises under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff, proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, alleges that various incidents, culminating in his expulsion from medical school, violated his rights.

The case is now before the Court on motions for summary judgment by all defendants. On the basis of the affidavits and exhibits submitted, the Court finds the following undisputed facts:
