This is a venue case.

Appellant ABC alleges a claim for relief under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, TEX.BUS. & COM.CODE ANN. § 17.50 (Vernon Supp.1982-1983). To maintain venue in Bexar County, appellant relies on the special venue provision of the DTPA, § 17.56, as amended in 1977. The trial court sustained appellees' pleas of privilege.
