Defendant appeals from sentence and judgment upon a jury verdict of guilty of aggravated robbery,1 aggravated burglary2 and theft.3

Defendant raises two issues: (1) the evidence was insufficient for conviction of any of the crimes, and (2) the Court erred in denying his motions at the conclusion of evidence and again at sentencing to dismiss the theft charge...
