SINGLETON, Judge.

Michael Carman was convicted of first-degree murder, former AS 11.15.010, but his conviction was reversed on appeal. Carman v. State, 604 P.2d 1076 (Alaska 1979). On retrial he was convicted of first-degree murder, again, on the theory that he, either personally or as an accomplice of Anthony Boyd, purposely killed Mark Johnson during the perpetration of a robbery.
