The plaintiff, a former Digital employee, brings this action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. ("Title VII") and 42 U.S.C. § 1981 ("§ 1981"), alleging that Digital discriminated against him on the basis of his race. He also alleges that Digital breached an oral contract of employment by failing to give him a salary review after six months of employment...
