Plaintiffs appeal as of right from a May 3, 1982, order granting defendants' motion for accelerated judgment and dissolving a temporary restraining order.

Plaintiffs are owners, as tenants by entireties, of certain lands in Marathon Township, Lapeer County, Michigan. On July 2, 1968, plaintiff Richard Ross and his mother Marian Ross, who is now deceased but at that time held a life estate in the property, entered into an oil and gas lease agreement...
