This is a suit for declaratory and injunctive relief against enforcement of a law of the City of Humble, Texas, which the Plaintiff claims abridges his first amendment rights. The suit was tried without a jury and upon conclusion of the presentation of Plaintiff's evidence the Court found that he was without standing to question the validity of the enactment which appeared to be constitutional in any event...
