This is an appeal by Dorothy Wendland and Virginia Reynoldson, devisees and legatees under the last will and testament of Marie Russell, deceased.

The matter was submitted to the trial court on an agreed statement of facts. Marie Russell, who during her lifetime was a lawyer by profession, died April 28, 1981.
