Wyoming Avionics, Inc. (appellee), a Wyoming corporation, brought suit against U.S. Aviation, Inc. (appellant), a Wyoming corporation, for payment of past due accounts. A default judgment was entered in favor of appellee when appellant failed to file an answer. Appellant moved to set the default judgment aside and to quash any orders issued thereunder.
