This is an appeal from an adverse determination in the plaintiff's action for invasion of privacy against Savitt, Inc., a Hartford retail jewelry store. The plaintiff, Kenneth Venturi, was a professional golfer who competed in the Greater Hartford Open Golf Tournament (hereinafter GHO) in both 1963 and 1964.
