BURDOCK, Justice.

This is an appeal from a declaratory judgment wherein the trial court held appellees to be owners of approximately 59 percent of the stock of a closely-held corporation. In addition, the trial court ordered appellants to account for all income and revenue of the corporation from July 13, 1977 to the date of judgment.
