Appellant, a juvenile, was arrested and placed in detention in the Ripley County Jail. Thereafter the Ripley Circuit Court, sitting as a juvenile court, waived its jurisdiction in the matter. The two-count information was filed in Ripley Circuit Court charging appellant with one count of Murder and one count of Robbery.
